Special New Technology – Lengthen Teeth for Excavator
Particularity lengthening 1.66 times – Durability 1.66 times and hard to break
We researched and designed the Special Lengthen Teeth, based on 45 years professional forging technology, equipped on excavator bucket to extend practical work-life; and durability increased reach 1.66 times than standard type, reduce bucket teeth replacement frequency, longer useful length makes ground digging loosen easier, further to make bucket loading fully easily; to increase work efficiency and reduce work time, save fuel consumption. Please refer to drawing (1) & (2).
For example of model 200 P/N 205-70-68260, our useful length of lengthen teeth increased up to 150mm; 60mm more than standard length (90mm), useful gravity up to 3 KGS, one time up than standard useful gravity (1.4 kgs). Lengthen teeth with smaller taper, which is 11° only; compare to standard taper 18°, more easy to make ground digging loosen easier, increases work efficiency and reduce work time, save fuel consumption. Our lengthen teeth applied on excavator bucket popular in Taiwan; occupy 70% up of market. Therefore, we have excellent quality and experience on excavator bucket practical working, the Lengthen Teeth of our R&D, whether the length, efficiency and durability, beyond most of famous brand excavator teeth in the world. Our lengthen teeth increased the useful length up to 1.66 times than standard type, and hard to break; since we made the digging section of teeth becomes to HRC46°~~48°, with heat treatment, and reduce the hardness gradually form useful section to the connection end, becomes to HRC35°~36°, with special heat treatment technology, to elaborate toughness fully of digging ability, and hard to break.
