Characteristics
1. It can be applied to all kinds of flavored food like dried meat threads, meat fluff, sliced meat, diced meat, fried rice, rice-flour noodles, vegetable noodles, bean food, pellet-shape food and powdery food, etc. They can be fried with this machine quickly and easily.
2. Model C-15 and C-30 auto frying machine: Mostly used in the market stalls. They are small sized, easy to used and efficient.
3. Model C-60 auto frying machine: Mostly used in the factory which produces large volume product lines.
FEATURES:
1. Deck: This machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. It been tested in strength and structure for years. Meat processing industry, food processing industry, and central kitchens in many advanced-developed countries including Taiwan are using this machine now.
2. Saving power: It can use either three-phase or single-phase power supply. It also works in the common markets.
3. Rotatable frying pot: With the most advanced rotation function, diversion design, the way of steplessly changing rotational speed and micro-computing machine parts, it can change into an ideal speed in just a few seconds.
4. Stove: The specially made gas-burning stove is equipped with automatic ignition system which can monitor the heating level and adjust it automatically.
5. Rotatable frying pot: With oil-pressured operation, it easy to manipulate uploading and downloading.
