HD-T300 Truck Mounted Integrated Multifunctional Drilling Rig

1, Characteristic：

The rig is mounted on a 6X4 or 6X6 off-road vehicle chassis, and the drilling power is obtained from the chassis PTO shaft directly. A combination of mechanical and hydraulic transmission, manual control and remote control operation is used. The machine has the feature of simple structure, flexible and simple operation and efficient construction ability.

The air compressor, mud pump, jet pump, hydraulic winch, double drill tools clamp(three-layer clamp option),lateral movement equipment of the power swivel (the tilt function of the power swivel option), drill pipe storage system on vehicle option, automatic drill pipe handling system(automatic control compatibility)option, DTH lubricator system(option), automatic rapid greaser-lubricating system, and so on.

The rig can be used to complete well drilling with the direct circulation method in anywhere it can reach, such as the water well drilling constructions, the geological coring drilling, cement paste (water) grouting holes, monitoring holes and the blasting holes and so on. It is a powerful rig of comprehensive drilling ability.

Main features:

1)The rig is driven by PTO shaft of the chassis engine via a gear box; the air compressor is driven via a universal shaft from gear box; the mud pump and the rig are driven by hydraulic system from gear box.

2)The mud pump is driven by the closed hydraulic system, reduce the interference of other systems, reducing the volume of hydraulic system.

3) The dual variable displacement hydraulic system is used for the control system of the rig, namely, the variable hydraulic pumps are installed in the power output end and the variable hydraulic motors are installed in the execution end; it greatly broadens the output capacity of the rig and enhances the adaptability of the rig.
