Characteristics
1. With Automatic Variable Pressure Control ( AVP Control ), just enter the desired pressure setting into the system or machines’ control and coolant output is automatically adjusted accordingly.
2. With AVP Control, each tool can have the desired pressure output within the systems capabilities, regardless of the tool’s orifice quantity or size.
3. The AVP Control eliminates the manual pressure valve, thus saves energy and delivers lower coolant temperatures; the system precisely controls the pump speed in accordance with pressure output.
4. i-series systems are connected easily to the machine tool, simplifying the interfacing process and hardware.
5. 7” full-color touch screen interface control simplifies operation.
6. Made in the USA patented diaphragm pumps for durability and performance.
7. Output-pressure monitoring system protects system and machine from excess pressure.
8. Large capacity dual-filter system with automatic filter replacement detection to reduce down time.
9. German made non-contact electronic level-switch and ceramic electronic pressure switches for reliability and durability.
10. Reservoir extension tanks may be added to the system to increase reservoir volume.
