Specifications

FM24 dual-tube MGO powder filling machine is manufactured according to the characteristics of imported similar machines. The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, and a guide rail and rotating clamping device are added. Can produce 6-48 stations at the same time. Different diameters and different lengths can be customized. The current maximum filling length is 8000mm, and the maximum filling diameter is Φ28.5mm. 

Just enter the actual length (the length of the empty tube) that needs to be filled on the touch screen, then the machine will automatically and quickly adjust. There is a spiral nozzle inside the duct, and the exposure of the mandrel (hook) can be adjusted by the motor. 

This is a filling machine recommended for tubular heaters.
