Specifications
CMI manufactures sintered metal powder sheets and sintered metal powder discs in a wide range of materials and sizes to meet the characteristics and configurations that customers need.
Sintered porous metal discs and sintered porous metal sheets are manufactured from isostatic cool pressing and high temperature vacuum sintering. The micron rating and distribution of the pores can be controlled by the metal powder.
Precision-cast molds and precise pressure control keep product dimensional tolerance even smaller to meet the needs of a wide range of application.
