WEIDER's slitter knives are manufactured starting with the highest quality alloy tool steel imported from European and Japan, including tungsten steel, SKH, SKD etc. From raw material cutting, machining, vacuum hardening, triple tempering to finish with lapping and polishing, we demand ourselves to confirm every procedure with consistent quality. Furthermore, our in-house production facilities allow us to use latest technology and production techniques to produce the finest slitting knives. It also secures us to strictly control the quality of both hardness and precision of knives, allowing thickness tolerance within ±0.002mm and parallelism within 0.005mm. We proceed with 100% inspection before shipping to keep consistent and reliably quality.
WEIDER's slitting knives are available to cut a wide variety of materials from 0.05mm foil to greater than 2mm thickness, materials including cold/hot rolled steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper alloy, stainless steel, titanium coils, and electrical steel coils - CRGO and CRNGO. WEIDER offers the best grades for slitting and shearing knives and customize knives are available to request.
