It is a dedicated machine specially designed for cutting connected PCBs and PCB sides. As it contains an NSK high
speed spindle motor made in Japan, the cutting pressure has been effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the high accuracy servomotor enables it to be more conforming to the requirements. With the Windows System installed in combination with CCD auxiliary (enlargement 10x) program teacher, programming can be done quickly and correctly thus simplifying the operation.

The outward and inward movements of the table are driven by the servomotor and lead to less time and higher cutting accuracy than when being driven by a pneumatic cylinder. Two tables are provided for loading work pieces in this case, and so the time for getting boards is reduced because of an increased capacity.Since the cutter height can be increased automatically with the program, the cutter life is also be extended.It’s availablefor all various types of electronic products , such as the mobile , PDA ,etc. The circuit is connected with stiff cut
