Characteristics

 

- Spring Ejection Type (Type A): Uses spring ejection; when the piston rod extends to the highest ejection position and contacts the workpiece, the contact force is controlled by the spring.
- Hydraulic Ejection Type (Type B): Uses hydraulic ejection; when the piston rod is in the lowest position and filled with oil, it is operated by hydraulic pressure and ejected, with the contact force controlled by the spring when contacting the workpiece.
- Installation methods include external thread type (HSP-16) and square base type (HSP-25).
- The external thread type requires a separate oil block; our company's oil block (HSP-16BASE) is also available for purchase.
- The square base type offers options for piping (HSP-25) and manifold (HSP-M25).
