Characteristics

 

Energy-saving permanent magnet drive belt conveyor is a new type of transportation equipment driven by permanent magnet motor. Compared with traditional drive mechanism, Energy-saving permanent magnet drive belt conveyor can be started in S curve at a low speed with heavy load, meeting the requirements of working conditions with different conveying quantities, different transportation distance and different angle of inclination. Main advantages include:

1.High efficiency and energy-saving. Power factor of the motor can reach 98% and its rated efficiency can reach 96%. Comprehensive energy-saving rate is 20%, enhancing the efficiency of transportation system greatly.

2.Excellent transmission system. Permanent magnet motor possesses the characteristics of low rotation speed and high torque, control fuctions can be performed through special frequency convertor without any intermediate transmission section. Its starting torque are 2 times that of rated torque, achieving soft starting, no suffering of impact and drive power balance of multiple motors.

3.With excellent speed control performance, rotation of the motor can be set from 0 to 90 rpm according to actual working conditions.
