Charcoal machine is a kind of mechanical equipment to convert biomass materials (such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, rice husk, peanut shells, bamboo shavings and other agricultural and forestry wastes) into mechanism charcoal.

The workflow of charcoal machine mainly includes four steps: crushing, drying, rod making and carbonization:

Crushing: the biomass raw materials are crushed into granules by the pulverizer, and the size of the granules is generally required to be within 10mm for subsequent processing.
Drying: Use the dryer to dry the crushed raw materials, so that its moisture content is reduced to less than 12%, to ensure the quality of the rod and carbonization.
Rod making: Feed the dried raw materials into the rod making machine, and under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, make the raw materials into solid fuel in the form of rods, i.e. machine-made rods, by means of screw extrusion.
Carbonization: Put the mechanism rods into the carbonization furnace, and carry out high temperature carbonization under the condition of air isolation or limited oxygen supply, so that the volatile components in the raw materials can escape, and finally form the mechanism charcoal.
