Silent Normal Marble Saw Blade
Specifications
Marble Cutting Blades are precision-engineered diamond blades designed specifically for clean, smooth, and chip-free cutting of marble and other soft natural stones like limestone and sandstone. With optimized bond formulas and high-quality synthetic diamond grits, these blades deliver superior cutting performance while minimizing edge damage and surface chipping. Suitable for use on handheld saws, bridge saws, and table saws, they are ideal for both construction professionals and stone processing workshops.
Marble Cutting Blades / Diamond Marble Cutting Blade
Marble, a crystalline form of limestone commonly used in sculpture and architecture, is considered a relatively soft natural stone. To achieve clean and efficient cuts, it requires a diamond blade with a harder bond. Marble cutting blades are typically produced using two main manufacturing methods:
Vacuum Brazing: In this process, synthetic diamond particles are welded to the outer edge of a circular steel blade within a vacuum brazing furnace. All diamond particles remain on the blade's exterior edge without being mixed into the metal. Vacuum brazed diamond blades are highly versatile and capable of cutting a wide range of materials, including concrete, masonry, steel, and various types of iron.
Electroplating: Electroplated blades are made by embedding diamond particles into a metal coating, usually nickel, which is electroplated onto a steel blade core. These blades can be manufactured to extremely thin dimensions — as fine as 10 micrometers — making them ideal for highly precise, delicate cuts.
In some cases, especially for larger diameter bridge saw blades, sintering technology is also employed. While most marble blades have visible diamond on the edge, sintered blades feature diamond particles distributed within the bond material, offering enhanced durability and cutting stability for continuous, heavy-duty applications.
