Vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel for cylindrical grinding

MLG vitrified bond diamond cylindrical grinding wheels are developed for the grinding of super hard and difficult-to-machine materials, suitable for a wide range of industrial precision machining scenarios.

The wheels deliver stable thermal stability and consistent grinding accuracy with low surface impact on workpieces. MLG cylindrical grinding wheels support precision outer cylindrical grinding for multiple high-hardness materials, including PCD, PCBN, various cemented carbide grades, engineering ceramics (alumina, zirconia, SiC, Si₃N₄ and silica), natural diamond, single-crystal materials and difficult-to-grind composite materials. Customized solutions for special processing materials are available from the MLG technical team.
