Specifications

The C-type pendulum bucket elevator conveyor is a vertical and horizontal bulk material handling system that moves granular, powdered, or lump materials along a continuous "C"-shaped path using pivoted buckets mounted on a chain drive. Unlike conventional straight-leg bucket elevators, the C-type configuration combines vertical lifting and horizontal transport in a single unit with one motor — eliminating the need for a separate belt conveyor and bucket elevator combination. This makes it the preferred choice for seed processing plants, grain facilities, food production lines, and chemical or pharmaceutical operations where gentle handling, zero spillage, and compact footprint are critical.

Cangzhou Jinghang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. has designed, manufactured, and delivered C-type pendulum bucket elevator conveyors for clients across agriculture, food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. All models are available with galvanized carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel construction to match food-grade, cleanroom, and corrosive environment requirements.Contact us today to find the right conveying solution for your project and experience reliable performance tailored to your needs.

Advantages

The C-type elevator conveyor offers a distinct set of benefits over both conventional bucket elevators and multi-conveyor combinations：

Low material breakage rate. Because buckets stay level throughout transit and material is discharged by gentle tilting rather than centrifugal throw, fragile products — including seeds, coated tablets, biscuits, and electronic components — arrive at the outlet with minimal breakage or abrasion.

Single-motor horizontal and vertical transport. A standard C-type elevator replaces the combination of a belt conveyor plus a vertical bucket elevator, reducing equipment count, installation space, and energy consumption. Typical power consumption ranges from 0.75 kW for small models to 3 kW for 40 m³/h capacity units.
