Surface preparation The surface should be dry and clean. Brush off

Versatile Products
Bio-Chem Zinc Paste and Bio-Chem Zinc Spray are ready mixtures containing 95 % pure zinc in the dry film. As long term corrosion protection agents there are suitable for all metal surfaces.
Properties
Bio-Chem Zinc Paste and Bio-Chem Zinc Spray are universally applicable in industry and workshops. The main advantages of the both zinc products are the following:
* Painting-over without priming: no burning
* High electric conductance, especially
suited for spot welding
* High resistance to salt, water and rust
* Temperature resistance up to 800XC
Long-Term Corrosion Protection
High-quality ingredients gurantee an excellent adhesion of the Bio-Chem Zinc Paste and Bio-Chem Zinc Spray on metal surfaces. This cause an optimal corrosion protection. In addition the both Bio-Chem Products offers a double protection against corrosion:
1. Protection against the formation of cracks by a synthetic resin layer.
2. The zinc gives the metal surfaces a cathodic protection against rust.
Economical Use
Bio-Chem Zinc Paste and Bio-Chem Zinc Spray are quick-drying and water resistant after 15 minuntes. This reduces time and costs.

Areas of Application

Usage
Clean the surfaces from grease, oil, rust and dirt.
Bio-Chem Zinc Paste:
Stir up the Bio-Chem Zinc Paste, apply or spray with airless devices on the surface. In case of several coatings keep drying time of 5 - 8 minutes.
Bio-Chem Zinc Spray:
Shake well before use. Spray cross- wise from 25 - 30 cm distance. Repeat the process after drying if necessary.
