Working principle and application of products
This equipment is only a unit machine in the non-woven fabric production line. It is to further impale the fabric which already has the initial tension after pre-needle punch machine. Then the fiber entwists together to have some tension in both vertical and horizontal direction, the various needle punched products ( such as synthetic leather base cloth, geotextile, base cloth of water-proof asphalt felt, various kinds of filtration material, finishing material, auxiliary material for clothing, blanket and carpet) will be made from this fabric.
Process flow of the Production line:
