1.Various widths of wood can be cut. This is a multi-function machine that saves space and manpower, increase wood utilization and efficiency, while lowering cost. 2.The tilting infeed conveyor system is designed by using physical principle, featuring simplicity, convenience and effort saving. 3.Various cutting modes include:(a)constant length cut (b) line cut(c) optimizing cut includes long wood priority, long wood priority with end material saving, material saving priority, section number priority, section number priority with end material saving, price priority, average amount ratio, waste materials combination, A remaining material combined with B, finger jointing of remaining material (zero remaining)with long wood retain(2nd material preparation),100 sets of job sheet with 36 sets of sizes, Suitable users include material preparation factory, finger jointing, furniture, building material and pallet etc. This machine provides reduced labor requirement, material saving and increased efficiency. 4.4-24 sets of sorting system: It provides sorting functions according to the input sizes and ranges. After machining, wood is sorted by outfeed from various outlet ports. This may save troublesome sorting manually.
