1. Gearbox adopts the larger models of high-quality hardened gear box which is special for plastic mechanical, in order to ensure durable.
2. Optimized design of extrusion screw, plasticizing effect is reliable , blending effect is remarkableAit can equips dedication screw according to the different material. Barrel adopts force feeding design to ensure stability extrusion, high efficient and energy saving. Material of screw and barrel use quality nitrided steel 38CrMOALA with nitrogen treatment surface, improve the wear resistance and service life of screw and barrel. Heating part adopts casting aluminum heater with thermal insulation layer and the stainless steel cover. Cast aluminum heater is equipped with a cooling fan; it makes working temperature exact and steady.
3. It equips lifting gear which can easily adjust the level of die head to accommodate different mold with different heights. And it can ensure the minimal distance between mould and die head, achieve the most economical flashing.

Die head
Component description: the whole structure adopts continuous extrusion, first in and first out. Parison has uniform thickness, good quality surface, quick color and material changing. It can equips single die head, double die heads, three die heads, four die heads, view line die head ,double layer die head, material accumulator die head to satisfy different product. And various die heads has good interchangeability, so one machine can be multipurpose. Die heads can choose to equip parison thickness controller system in order to control the thickness of the products precisely. The type of heating adopts Stainless steel heating circle, temperature control uses automatic temperature controller. Material of die heads is special alloy steel, it can insure smooth of flow way and hardness surface.

Clamping unit
Component description: clamping system of HFBC65 series adopts patented design biaxial single cylinder bidirectional synchronous clamping unit. Moving mould system uses incline moving system, it is good for the separation of bottle parison with small impact, fast, smooth and steady working. Below mould plate has brace rod unit, it can balance blow up the mould and the moment from mould, ensure mold eliminate overflow and product quality.

Blowing unit
Component description: it can equip single head, double heads, three heads, four heads blowing unit. It also can equip precision hydraulic balance blowing unit, equip corresponding blowing head according the type of die head. Blowing unit is equipped with three displacement belt rotating adjusting device, that make blowing unit up-down, left-right, advance-back convenient and faster adjustment, meet the requirements of various products. According to the different requirements can adjust speed of needle drops, blowing unit has rotation and micro pull function make quick completion of the exhaust after blowing products.

Hydraulic system
Component description: hydraulic adopts proportional control circle, it is convenient to set action pressure. Main oil pump adopts double vane pump, big pump supply pressure for clamping, mould moving, terrace up-down, blowing up-down, it can enhance system working speed. Small pup provides clamping force, it is energy saving. Hydraulic pump and hydraulic valves are all matching products for many years, ensure that the system control precision, smooth movement, low failure rate.
