Japan made Hi-Low gears are made of Cr-Mo alloy steel and ground to JIS Zero grade, offering low noise and heavy duty machining. BT50/CAT50/DIN50 6000RPM Gear Head spindle(190mm) with spindle oil cooler 6000BTU.
Hardended & Ground C3 Double-Nut ballscrews(50mm) are pre-tensioned to minimize backlash, provide high precision movement, and reduce heat deformation on all axes.
4 solid ways on base provides precise rigidity under heavy cutting conditions.
