Swing cylinder drive principle
Cylinder and screen are synchronized in an alternating movement – reciprocating between the flood and print strokes. Like Sanyin STOP cylinders, they are equipped with advanced electronic controls and with the characteristic self-adjusting squeegee system.

WPG series automatic rotary screen printing machine is featured by solid structure, easy operation, VF motor drive, collective PLC control. The suction roller is made from stainless steel. Clients can choose single sheet feeding or continuous feeding. This screen press can be combined with UV drying machine, sheet-fed IR drying machine, combined UV drying machine or wicket drying machine to form a production line.

Compared with flatbed screen printing machine, rotary screen printing machine is two times faster than flatbed screen printing machine. It is of high quality, using line contact, more suitable for screen printing. The screen press is not only used for decal printing of ceramic, painted products and glass; paper of packaging, label and poster; self-adhesive label, lottery and soft plastic, like PCB, film switch, instrument faceplate and ID, IC card.
