展新興業股份有限公司(展新化學工業有限公司)。1978年即與德國
技術合作，專業製造生產銷售電鍍化工原料。
1991年由歐洲引進化學鎳/無電解鎳/複合鎳之配方及製程技術。
(Electroless Nickel，EN/PTFE，EN/SiC，EN/Diamond)。
(鎳磷-鐵氟龍複合鍍、鎳磷-碳化矽複合鍍、鎳磷-鑽石複合鍍)
1998-2002年，與德國簽訂多種專利製程技術轉移合約：
(1) 鎂合金化學鎳/無電解鎳 (DNM-COAT)。
(2) 鎂合金非鉻皮膜 (MAGPASS-COAT)。
(3) 鎂合金微弧陽極處理 (MAGOXID-COAT)。
(4) 鋁合金微弧陽極處理 (KEPLA-COAT for Aluminum)。
(5) 鈦合金微弧陽極處理 (KEPLA-COAT for Titanium)。
