Fu-long is established in 1979, Taiwan, Asia. In the past 30 years, we make efforts to produce and research and develop hard chrome plated steel bar with various materials. In order to expend the applications, we actively to develop the usage possibility in many industrial accessories. Our mainly products are applied to many machinery in light/heavy industrial such as automatic equipments, injection molding machines, rubber injection machines, hydraulic lifting equipments, fitness machines, packing machines, processed equipments, liner guideway, printing equipments, etc.
Not only developing the markets, but also focusing on the high quality and additional value, we build a modern factory of 2500 square meters and purchased more than 100 processing equipments to provide high quality and diversification products for our customers. We have CNC lathing machines, CNC milling machines, drilling machines, polish machines, heat treatments, coating equipments, high precision inspecting equipments, etc.
Because of the integrated manufacturing procedures, we can retrench time, reduce cost and defective rate for customers. The maximum outer diameter we can process is 800mm and the maximum length is 15 meters.
In order to enhance the product quality, we have performed ISO 9001 QC standard since 1989. Also, we are the first one who got the certificate in this field. The strict inspecting system is build, and we have marketed to many countries with professional technique, excellent quality and prompt lead-time. We expect to serve for each customer with sincere and professional attitude to create a win-win era.
