We are one of the best saw makers in the world, producing industrial grade saw blades and PCD tools. Our quality can compete with any big famous brands, even our panel sizing saws are better than others. We also specialized in very high precision thin saws and double hub saw blades not everybody can do.
All our products are made in our house in Taiwan with experienced workmanship, our raw materials such as alloy steel coils are from Japan & Germany, carbide tips from Ceratizit (Luxembourg) and Sandvik (Sweden), silver solder from Braztec (Degussa) Germany. We have 2 laser cutting machines from Japan, rotary surface grinding machine from Gokel, Kaehny and Gerling automatic brazing machines from Germany, 4 sets of Vollmer new C. N. C. production centers + robots, which are the most modern facilities in Asia (includes Japan), and total 35 Vollmer grinding machines.
We have over 32 years of experience in the manufacturing of TCT circular saw blades and other cutting tools, and have more than 80% of PCD Cutting Tools market share in Taiwan for the past 25 years, ITSAID CORPORATION has been focusing on design and manufacture of high quality tooling system, such as TCT, Solid Carbide Tools, and PCD Cutting Tools for Woods, Plastic, Aluminum, PCBs and other materials.
