Since establishment, Ming Ping has always striving for quality and innovation. Ming Ping has produced a portfolio of machines: Top Sanders (table-fixed), Bottom Sanders, Milling Machines, Milling Sanding Machines and Segmented PAD Sander. During the process of R&D, we encountered countless setbacks and frustrations. However, with the strong support and all-out efforts of Ming Ping's fellow workers, we eventually overcome all the obstacles. So now we proudly introduce you our latest product- the Computer Controlling Segmented PAD Sander SCSP series, this series machine has been selling well through all over the world.The SCSP series applies copy-righted computer controlling pressure beam design. Pressure parameter of rise, fall and edge value are computer-controlled. The surface of work piece are sanded and polished perfectly without damaging the edge angle, the veneer or the lacquer regardless the size and the shape of the work piece. Calibrating and surface-fine-sanding are done in a single operation.The touch-screen terminal design makes operation simple and easy. The computer terminal can save up to 1,000 parameters programs. Workpiece thickness tolerance up to 2mm is allowed in single operation. Innovative design shows the position of work piece on computer screen while sanding. The Vacuum table design reduces work piece slippage. Our machine can be equipped with optional parts and various hair brushes on request.
