1. At the early stage, Cherng Jin Technology Co., Ltd. was focused on 3C mouldmanufacturing, by using EDM fixtures of high accuracy from Switzerland, Sweden, and Germany over 25 years. We have gained many experiences and knowledge of it, but it still couldn't satisfy our needs in mould manufacturing. To find a solution, our R&D group has been working through numerous tests and modifications.Finaly we have made a great breakthrough with over 20 patents worldwide. Our
patent products include replaceable locking block, clamp-type link structure, jaw-type link structure, seal-type link structure, and integrated link structure. They not only increase the heavy cutting functions but also have self-protection function. When crash, the spindle and chuck would't be damaged with advantages of rapid repair.
