TKM's hypoid gears are a type of bevel gear whose axes are offset from each other, forming a helical tooth profile capable of transmitting high torque loads at high operating speeds. In comparison to traditional gears, their unique tooth profile also achieves smoother operation and reduced noise. Due to minimal meshing friction, the transmission efficiency is over 90%, representing a 10%-40% increase in transmission efficiency compared to worm gear reducers. The hypoid gears are made from high-quality alloy materials, surface-hardened, and precisely machined into shape using high-precision gear grinding machines. These hardened gears provide high output torque, with gear strength and lifespan far exceeding that of worm gear reducers.
