Characteristics
1.Ceramic Random Tower Packing-Ceramic random tower packing possesses excellent acid resistance properties. Capable of resisting corrosion from various inorganic acids, organic acids/alkali and organic solvents. Applications can include environments of high and low temperatures. Applied to drying, cooling, and regenerative towers in chemical processes, smelting, natural gas refining, and acid processes.
2.Inert Alumina Oxide Ball-Inert aluminum oxide ceramic balls are used for covering and supporting materials of catalysts in reaction vessels and as packing in towers and applicable in many fields, including petroleum, chemical engineering, fertilizer production, natural gas and environmental protection. Its characteristics include high temperature operation capabilities, low rate of water absorption and stable chemical property. The main role of these ceramic balls is to increase the distribution spots of the gas or liquid, and to support and protect the low strength activating catalyst. Products available include regular ceramic ball, mid and high alumina ball.
3.Ceramic rings-generally are piled up in bulk into scrubbers, and widely used in refineries, chemical engineering, acid, gas, oxygen, pharmaceutical plants and steel mills. Ring series and Saddle Series are available. Ring Series include Raschig rings, cross rings, Pall rings and cascade rings. Saddle series include P-saddle and E-saddle.
4.Ceramic structured Tower Packing
Standard Ceramic Structured Tower Packing consists of many tower packing units of similar geometric design. These are a form of highly efficient packing with separating efficiency several times higher than that of bulk packing. They have the ability of low-pressure drop, increased operating elasticity, minimum amplifying effect, and maximum liquid treatment compared to bulk tower packing.
5.Honeycomb Ceramic-Honeycomb ceramics are a new kind of industrial ceramic product developed in recent years. They have a large surface area, higher air venting rate, good heat conductivity, and stable chemical properties. At present, honeycomb ceramics are being used to purify industrial waste gas, automobile emissions, noise elimination, wastewater management, dehumidication, incineration, the manufacture of infrared instruments, and to filter metal liquids.
6.Catalyst Technology of Honeycomb Ceramic-Composed of honeycomb ceramic carrier using the features of large surface areas, low obstruction and great structural ability. Widely used to handle industrial waste gas and water, such as rubbish oil incineration, chemical engineering, and waste gas management in coating and enameling plants.
7.Catalyst Carriers in Catalytic Converters for Purifying Vehicle Exhaust Gas-Composed of cordierite honeycomb ceramic carrier. Possessing the attributes of standard dimension, large surface area, fast thermal conduction, low heat expansion coefficient, high compression strength and good heat stability.
8.Cordierite Honeycomb Monolith-Honeycomb-like ceramic heat storage substance has low heat expansion coefficient, large surface area, good heat stability and anticorrosion. Applied to the heat transfer process, heat storage components can reduce energy consumption by up to12%. It has got a wide application in many industrial productions. Materials include cordierite, high Alumina, and corundum.
9.Plastic Random Tower Packing-Plastic packing includes PP, PVC, PE, CPVC and PVDF. It is characterized by the following features: thin walls, large void space large flux, low resistance, low energy consumption, light weight, easy assembly, low operation cost and recyclable use. It works well in conditions with low temperature absorption, water washing and dust removal.

Features include thin walls, heat resistance, large void space, high flux, low resistance, and great separating effects. Widely applied to petroleum and chemical engineering, fertilizer production, and environmental protection industries.
12.Metal Pall Rings
Largely increasing the utilization of internal space and surface area. Features include low resistance of gas holes, low-pressure drop, large flux, high efficiency and good distribution for liquid. Applications include various separations, absorption and desorption equipments, pressure release devices, vacuum distillation, decarburizing and desulfuration systems, ethyl separation, and Iso-octance/toluence systems.
13.Metal Cascade Rings-Materials: Stainless steels (304,304K, 316, 316L, 410), carbon steels and aluminum permeated steels. Features include low-pressure drop, large flux, high efficiency, load elasticity, good anti-stain properties and easy operation. Wide applications: vacuum distillation, decarburizing and FGD systems, and crude oil separation and pressure reduced equipments.
14.Metal Saddle Rings, VSP Rings , Nutter Rings
Materials: Stainless steels, carbon steels and aluminum permeated steels. -Features include low-pressure drop, large flux, high quality and easy operation.
Applications: instillation, gas absorption and decarburizing and desulfuration systems.
15. Metal Structured Tower Packing-Its regular structure provides vapor flow channels and promotes liquid distribution over the groove and the packing surface.

Metal Wire Gauze Packing-Features include large specific surface, large interspaced ratio, lightweight, small inclined flow channels, regular structures, low-pressure drop, good spreading on radials, and precise distillation based on few theoretical stages. Used to separate thermal sensitive materials in vacuum distillations whose pressure is smaller than 7KPa; used in fine chemical, flavor industry, isotope and isomer separation.
17.Metal Perforated Plate Corrugated Packing-Features include large flux, low resistance, high efficiency and good anti-block properties. Widely applied to distillation, absorption and extraction. Used widely in chemical engineering, fertilization, petroleum refinery and natural gas industries.
