Characteristics

 

Features: Compound function are employed to blank a flat stock, a metal mold and perform 2-times blanking. With circulating conveyer bllt, this machine can blank metal.
One machine serves as 4 machines. The Japanese peneumatic clutch is employed so that the blanking speed is fast, and blanking accuracy is high, if JA-400LB is connected, a product line will be completed. Feeding, blanking, lamination, edge tearing , film lamination and cutting can be finished in one operation.
Applications: Blank back light mold.
