Features: This machine employs PLC to control the circulation so as to reduce the problem of the circulation contact. The inverter motor requlates the pulling speed so that different sizes of electric conduction foam sponge move at different speed during the production, and can completely melt. The wrapping is tight. The double temperature controllers precisely control the temperature synchronically. The machine is equipped with a cutting knife Thus, cutting and forming can be finished in one operation.
