For many years, the frictional saw blade are improving on quality and durability to satisfy customers, it also solid and easy to use that different materials in different domains. The frictional saw blade is composed of 1.2235 chrome vanadium steel and nickel steel. According to anneal and temper, the frictional saw blade can produce reasonable cost and durability and tearing. It applied to pipe machine of high speed carbon steel which the largest outside diameter is 1800mm.
We provide high speed steel (HSS) saw blade in recent years. The HSS saw blade includes both Carbon, Wolfram, Molybdenum, Chromium and Vanadium that used in high speed of Carbon steel pipe whole-plant. The saw blade is famous due to saw blade had good cutting speed (60 meter/minute) and high cutting temperature over 600 degree of process, but hardness decrease unapparent.
