Materials: Select the high quality 45 # steel, alloy steel tube, precision tube, etc.
Inner Structure: inner spiral flow channels ,jacketed type design and other structure.
Processing:
heat treating,welding ,destressing,quenching,finish turning, accurate grinding, hard chrome plating, grinding and polishing by the 3M abrasive mirror polishing machine.
Parameters:
1.roughness Ra 0.005, finish14, without any Vibration lines, stripes or galling
2.temperature difference≤±1°C, thermal deformation≤0.01mm, coaxiality≤0.005mm,straightness≤0.005mm, run out≤0.005mm.
3.After quenching the hardness of the roller’s surface is HRC55~58 ,after hard chrome plating it is above HRC65 .
Applications: Used in PVC, ABS. PP, PE, PC and other types of plastic sheet, plates, plastic film, paper, leather,metal, cloth or decoration materials for calendering etc.
