Processing:
heat treating,finish turning ,welding ,destressing,quenching, accurate grinding, hard chrome plating, grinding and polishing by the 3M abrasive mirror polishing machine.
Parameter:
1.After hard chrome plating,the hardness of the roll surface is above HRC65 .
2.Roughness :Ra0.005,finish14,temperature difference≤±1,thermal deformation ≤0.01mm. Straightness≤0.005mm, run out ≤0.005mm,coaxiality≤0.005mm.

Used in all kinds of plastic film, paper, sheet, plate, leather, metal, cloth, decorative materials for chilling , finalize the design, cooling, calendering and composite.
