Characteristics
For the purpose of insulation, sheating, stripping or skinning on electric wires, the single, double or triple extrusion layers are available by utilizing different crossheads. We design and manufacture the screws, cylinders, crossheads, heaters and temperature control system for the the largest output condition in the system. Different material; such as PVC, LDPE and XLPE extrusion, can be utilized by the one BM type system. By accurate design, we also offer other kinds of material extrusion, such as LSHF, Nylon or TPU and Teflon.We design the control system with PLC + HMI that makes the whole system (Motorized Pay-off or Dual Cone Pay-off + Extruder + Cooling Water Trough +Dual Wheel Capstan + Automatic dual spool Take-up) work with the line speed in synchronization.
