Characteristics
For the purpose of producing the smooth and constant wire elongation during the all ranges of line speed and wire diameter, the continuous annealing process is done through applying a high current on the wire via copper wheels with Ni-Cr bands. The diameter of annealing wheel is 250mm. According the line speed, the system supplies the DC voltage to heat and finish the annealing process by utilizing high power AC three-phase rectifiers. We design the control system with PLC + HMI that makes the annealing current varies from zero to a setting current with the line speed in synchronization.
