The newly developed horizontal machining centres prove the versatile and proven duoBLOCKR-concept once and again. The 4th generation DMC 80 H duoBLOCKR is made for powerful heavy machining as well as highly productive series production. The feed drive’s intensive cooling measures provide 30% increased accuracy. Another advantage of the duoBLOCKR-concept is the comprehensive kit of tailored complete solutions for a wide range of applications. For instance, there are many optimum spindle options available for heavy machining tasks – among those the powerMASTER 1000 motor spindle with a maximum torque of 1,000 Nm at 9,000 rpm, as well as a gear spindle with 1,424 Nm at 8,000 rpm. Corresponding to the DMC 80 FD duoBLOCKR the DMC 80 H duoBLOCKR also features a wheel magazine with short tool change times of 0.5 seconds.The new Corporate Design features are 100% valid for the DMC 80 FD duoBLOCKR. CELOS with 21,5“ ERGOlineR and SIEMENS is available from the second quarter of 2014. Moreover, the machine is available with 19“ ERGOlineR with HEIDENHAIN TNC 640 as well as Operate 4.5 on SIEMENS 840D solutionline.
