Functions:
This machine is part of an assembly. It can cool, dry, apply powder and cut the rubber substrates.

Features:
1.This equipment uses the special dual-tank design. The front tank is a powder tank (filled with anti-adhesion liquid) and the rear tank is a chilled water tank (filled with water). The separation of the powder tank and the chilled water keeps the cycling chilled water tank free from powders and dusts, prevents clogging of the water chiller of the freezer, and improves the lifetime of the freezer.
2. Vulcanizing roller feeders may be connected to this equipment. An automatic water-purging and powdering machine may be installed between and makes a fully integrated automatic assembly line.
3. The crankshaft design of this equipment enhances its cutting pressure. You can change the cutting length to anywhere between 15 cm and 150 cm to meet your specific needs.
4. This machine uses a conveyor of cutting material, prevents adhesion of the processed material caused by piling and stacking, shortens the processing time, and improves working efficiency.
5. All the actuation mechanisms are hidden inside the equipment or covered with protective covers. Operator safety is fully ensured.
6. The tools of this machine are made of special Japanese steel and have strong structures. Both sides of the tools can be used and are easy to adjust and change.
7. It is easy to maintain and service this equipment. Non-professionals can carry out basic servicing.
8. This equipment uses stainless steel material holder, stainless steel safety nets, rails, pressure regulating switches, and stainless steel roller feeders. It is easy and convenient to carry out daily checks and service.
