Characteristics
The Automatic Tofu Coagulating Molding Machine is completely automatic and continuous from the quantitative heating of soy milk, the addition of coagulant, the coagulation and crushing, to the packaging and forming, dehydration and pressing, and tofu cutting and forming, and it is easy to operate to achieve uniform product quality. This machine can be continuously solidified, pressed and cut according to the elastic demand to improve the work production capacity. The entire production process operation requires only two operators, improving the traditional and time-consuming operation process, and adopts automatic positioning and automatic cutting to isolate the pollution caused by personnel contact. The coagulation bucket can be simply removed for easy cleaning, which meets the hygienic standard.
