Working principle of industrial washing machine
The industrial washing machine is driven by a motor through a belt to rotate the inner container, and under the action of a timing controller, it rotates forward and backward, driving water and clothes to move in asynchronous motion, causing water and clothes to rub and knead against each other, achieving the purpose of washing. This machine uses a three-phase asynchronous motor or a speed regulating motor (washing and dyeing machine) as the operating force. When the power is turned on, the power indicator light is on, and the three position switch controls inching, stopping, and automatic. The inching indicator light is on when the inching position is on, which can achieve inching for door opening; When in automatic position, the operation indicator light is on. Select the washing time according to the washing process requirements, and the machine will automatically run forward and backward for washing within the specified time.
