Rotogravure Copper grinding machine is a new type of grinding machine improved on the basis of ordinary grinding machine. It adopts PLC control, touch screen operation and one-button operation. The main shaft and tail shaft are fixed. The air pressure adjustment system is added to ensure the pressure during grinding and improve the accuracy. The grinding head adopts a new design structure as a whole, which solves the wear problem of the spline shaft and lead screw of gravure copper stone grinding machines and saves maintenance. The grinding head moves up and down, moves left and right, and rotates with servo motors to improve accuracy.

1. The Rotogravure Copper grinding machine is designed in 3D by AUTO desk inventor2016, and the structural analysis and stress analysis are carried out based on this software to ensure that the equipment has no design defects;

2.Adopt gantry planer Machining the machine bed to ensure the straightness and flatness of the machine surface;

3.Adopt Hiwin TAIWAN linear guide and TBI ball screw to ensure the operation accuracy and reliability of the equipment;

4.When installing linear guide rail, autocollimator is used to detect equipment accuracy;

5.The linear guide rail and ball screw are adopt automatic lubricate oiling system;

6.Engraving cylinder grinding machine headstock, tailstock, grinding head seat and grinding head lifting base are all with HT200 and annealed. Will make full use of the Shock absorption of cast iron to eliminate the damage of grinding production accuracy caused by vibration;

7.Rotogravure Copper grinding machine can use on Copper cylinder,steel cylinder and chrome cylinder.
