Subjest： Wire brushes for wood plastics
Description： Can you give me the price for a top quality wire brush 250 mm wide for wood-plastics. Brush top and bottom. I believe that one brush pulls and one pushes so that the net effect on the WPC profile is zero. (WPC = Wood Plastics Composite) Can you please send me a picture of such a brush system. Price CIF Johannesburg, When you extrude a WPC plank (eg for a pallet) then the surface should be rough. This is done with rotating wire brushes. One on top and the other underneath. It is like sand blasting in that it roughens up the surface, but the effect is different. These machines are available from the USA and I am sure from Taiwan too. It is just a wide wire brush on a round spindle and it is turned by a motor. One above and one below the extruded plank. One pushes (turns so that it pushes the plant towards the extruder) and one pulls (turns so that it pulls the plank away from the extruder) so that the net effect is zero.
