Exhibits Scope:

1. fluid power systems and components: hydraulic system components, hydraulic components, pneumatic components, sealing technology;

3. air compressor;

4. mechanical transmission component;

The Charges:

1.shell scheme covers 9m ² (3m × 3m), and the configuration includes exhibition venues, three-surface panels (the height is 2.5m), a fascia board both in English and Chinese, one table, two chairs, carpet, 220V power socket, two spotlights .    

shell scheme(¥): 16,000RMB/9㎡ (Note: charges for two-open booths plus 20%)

2.Space rates :(at least 36m²) : 1600RMB/㎡ (with security service and public responsible insurance)

Note:

1.another 20% fee should be paid for the stands with two openings.

2.This exhibition provides suppliers and exhibitors with diversified business plans to achieve best promotion effect, and the exhibitors can ask for the participation guidelines from the organization committee.

2、Conference fee: RMB 800 for each person (including ceremony dinners, e material, lunch, souvenirs, etc.).

Conference Directory:

In order to help the exhibitors to make publicity and to help the customers to communicate with the exhibitors after the exhibition the Organization Committee is going to make a publication with a size of 210 mm x 140 mm.

Note: 1) The fee rate for other forms of advertisement will be provided upon request.

2) The places for advertisement is limited. Those who pay first will be arranged first.

Participation steps:

1. To fill up the form of Application and Contract and put on the company seal and fax or mail to the Organizing Committee.

2. When the application is confirmed by the Organizing Committee, please pay 50% or the entire stand fee to the Organizing Committee within 2 weeks and fax the receipt for check.

3. The Organizing Committee will send the invoice and the Visiting Guide to the exhibitor.

4.The Organizing Committee follows the principle of "the exhibitor who signs the agreement earlier will get the reservation".
