TZ1600-100 is a food-grade high-speed coating line with full sealing dust-free workshop. The products of this coating line apply to can ends & tabs. The pretreament process is different with other coating lines to meet the requirement of food-grade product. Expanding shaft loading system and waste gas treatment system is always recommended.
Application: For coating food grade aluminium and tinplate coils using for beverage can ends & tabs, Food can front ends & tabs, Food can bottom ends, PP caps, Closures, Aerosol can ends & components, Capacitors, etc.

Coil loading → Uncoil machine → Convey device → Cutting device → Sewing table → Tension device 1 → entrance accumulator → CPC 1 → Tension device 2 → Pretreatment (Including Degreasing, Water washing, Neutralizing, Water washingdrying, Deionized water washing, Drying, CPC 2, Roller-coating chromizing, Drying) → CPC 3 → Tension device 3 → Topside / backside roller-coater → Curing oven → Air cooling → Water cooling roller →Tension device 4 → CPC 4 → Rear accumulator → Tension device 5 → 2 rollers convey device → Cutting device → Coil machine → Coil discharging
