Characteristics
PVC coated barbed wire is made of hot-dip galvanized steel wire covered with durable PVC plastic layer. It owns excellent anti-rust, anti-aging and sun-proof performance, much longer service life than common galvanized barbed wire. Main types include single twist and double twist styles, with customizable wire gauge, barb spacing and roll length. Common colors are green, black, dark green and grey.
PVC Coated Barbed Wire is a fencing wire made from galvanized steel wire with an outer PVC coating. It is used for farm boundaries, livestock fencing, garden fencing, industrial perimeters, and security fence tops. Barb Spacing: Common spacing includes 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, and 150mm. Closer spacing gives more barbs per meter.
Twist Type: Single twist or double twist. Double twist is commonly used for stable fencing coils.
Coil Length: Common coil lengths include 50m, 100m, 200m, and 250m.
Coil Weight: Usually supplied by coil weight or length. Common coil weights include 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, and 50kg depending on wire size and packing method.
PVC Coating Color: Green, black, grey, blue, or custom color by order quantity.
Surface Finish: PVC coated over galvanized wire. For outdoor use, check coating adhesion and galvanized layer before production.
Packing: Wrapped coil, plastic film, woven bag, carton, pallet, or custom export packing.
