Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh
Model: Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh
Category: Automatic/Industrial Machines & Equipments / Castings / Sintered Powder Metal Parts
Characteristics
Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh for Interior Partition and Wall Panels
Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh is a durable metal screen woven with pre-crimped wires, maintaining regular, non-deformable meshes in square, rectangular, or custom apertures. It is available in 304/316 stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, and brass, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Supplied as flat panels or roll mesh for lighter specifications, it supports custom cutting to meet engineering needs, with wire diameters ranging from 1.2mm to 6.0mm and apertures from 6mm to 60mm.
Specifications
Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh is a woven metal mesh used for interior partitions, wall panels, ceiling screens, cabinet inserts, and architectural decoration. It is made from stainless steel wire, brass wire, copper wire, aluminum wire, or low carbon steel wire. The wires are pre-crimped before weaving, so the mesh keeps a stable opening and visible wave texture. This structure is different from flat woven mesh. It gives the panel more depth and a clear metal pattern. Crimped Decorative Wire Mesh is often supplied as flat panels for hotels, offices, retail stores, restaurants, elevators, and exhibition areas. It can also be made into framed screens or cut-to-size inserts for furniture and doors. Common finishes include natural stainless steel, antique brass, bronze, black, gold, copper, and powder-coated colors. For project orders, wire diameter, opening size, panel thickness, material, finish, and edge treatment should be confirmed before production. This helps the mesh match the installation frame, visual density, and indoor or outdoor use.
Specifications
Material: Stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, or low carbon steel with surface treatment.
Wire Diameter: Commonly from 1.0mm to 5.0mm. Fine wire is used for cabinet inserts and interior panels. Thicker wire is used for screens, partitions, and facade panels.
Opening Size: Common openings range from about 5mm to 50mm. Small openings give a denser look. Large openings allow more light and visibility.
Weaving Type: Pre-crimped weave, lock crimp, flat top crimp, double crimp, or intermediate crimp. The final choice depends on wire size and panel use.
Panel Size: Common panel widths include 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.5m, and 2.0m. Length can be cut according to project drawings.
Panel Thickness: Depends on wire diameter and crimp height. Decorative panels are usually thicker than plain woven mesh because of the crimped wire profile.
Surface Finish: Natural metal, polished stainless steel, antique brass, bronze finish, copper finish, black coating, gold coating, or powder coating.
Edge Treatment: Cut edge, welded edge, folded edge, framed edge, or edge rod. Cabinet and partition panels usually need framed or finished edges.
Product Form: Flat panel, roll mesh for lighter specifications, framed screen, cabinet insert, or cut-to-size sheet.
Installation Method: Frame fixing, screw clamp, welding, hanging bracket, track system, or custom metal frame.
Use Environment: Suitable for indoor decoration. Stainless steel or coated aluminum can be used for selected exterior projects after confirming corrosion exposure.
Custom Options: Material, wire diameter, opening size, panel size, color, finish, and edge processing can be made according to project requirements.
