Razor Wire, also known as concertina barbed wire, is a high-security anti-climb fencing material made of hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel with sharp pressed blades. Common types include BTO and CBT series in concertina coil, straight line and cross welded styles. It features sharp blade structure, high tensile strength and excellent anti-rust performance, widely installed on wall tops, fence tops, borders, prisons, factories, airports, warehouses and military isolation zones.
Razor wire is a professional perimeter anti-climb security barrier, manufactured by stamping sharp steel blades and wrapping them firmly around high tensile core wire. It is widely mounted on fences, boundary walls, gate tops and restricted zones to effectively prevent climbing and illegal trespassing.
Main product types cover concertina coil, flat wrap coil, straight razor wire and welded razor mesh panels. Buyers can choose proper blade model, coil diameter, loop quantity, raw material and surface treatment based on actual fence height, site security level and local safety regulations. All coils are compressed for easy transportation and simply unfolded on site during installation.

Material: Hot-dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel. Galvanized steel is cost-effective for general outdoor fencing; stainless steel is preferred for coastal, humid and high-corrosion environments.
Core Wire Diameter: Standard size 2.5mm; optional 2.0mm, 2.2mm and 3.0mm to match different coil sizes and engineering demands.
Blade Thickness: Regular 0.5mm; optional thin 0.45mm and heavy 0.6mm steel strip.
Blade Type: Full series available: BTO-10, BTO-12, BTO-18, BTO-22, BTO-28, BTO-30, CBT-60, CBT-65. BTO-22 is the most popular universal type; CBT-60 and CBT-65 belong to wide heavy blade series for high security use.
Expanded Coil Diameter: 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 900mm, 980mm.
Loops Per Coil: 33 loops, 45 loops, 56 loops, configured according to coil size and required laying length.
Effective Coverage Length: 450mm / 500mm standard coils reach 8m–10m effective length after unfolding; larger diameter coils provide longer coverage subject to installation spacing.
Surface Treatment: Hot-dipped galvanized, electro-galvanized, stainless steel polished finish.
Installation Style: Single concertina coil, double crossed coil, flat wrap layout, straight line laying, rigid welded mesh panel assembly.
Connecting Clips: Galvanized steel clips or stainless steel clips for firm coil connection and fixing.
Packing Method: All coils are compressed and fastened with steel straps. Standard export packing: woven bag, carton, pallet or wooden case.
Safety Notice: Razor wire features sharp cutting blades. Installers must wear protective gloves and goggles. Warning signs shall be placed properly, and all construction works shall comply with local safety codes.
