Characteristics
The pneumatic infeed roller is especially ideal for feeding heavy workpieces. 5 rows of anti-kickback fingers (two rows independently mounted, one row at the table, and two rows at the feed roll) prevent workpiece kickback.
This machine is designed and engineered for the first and second stages of the material preparation after log is cut. Ideally suited for pallet, building material and door frame manufacturing. It provides great cutting capacity up to 220mm thick and can replace a band saw.
Human/Machine Interface
The machine employs a powerful PLC for user friendly operations. It also features self diagnostic function for convenient troubleshooting. The touch sensing screen gives convenience for operation control.
