Characteristics
◆Application: This machine is mainly used for plastics plasticizing, mixed, and sheeting of plastic etc.
◆Structure Feature: The machine consists of rollers, bearings, frame, press cover, transmission device, nip adjuster, lubrication device, temperature regulator of rollers and braking device etc.
◆Transmission device: The transmission is directly conducted by the main-frame, which drives the reducer. Then the two couplings make the rollers run. The speed of each roller and the speed ratio between them can be adjusted according to the customers’ technological requirement.
