Characteristics
Application: The calender is cooperated with suitable accessories used for PVC resin calendering film, sheet, calcium-plastics sheet, leatherette and coating film on the synthetic fabric-base etc.
★Feature:
①The rolls are made of chilled cast iron. As for bored roll, the cavity of roll by machine work and roll neck bearing is plain bearing. As for drilled roll, roll neck bearing is ball bearing.(selected both imports and native)
②To be ensure calendaring product precision, it’s designed with crown roll, axial cross device, and pre-bending device etc., which selects for consumer.
③For the heat of roll working surface, the bored roll is adopted with steam, the roll temperature is depend on steam pressure. But the drilled roll is adopted with hot-oil cycle, the temperature achieves 180~200℃.
