Application: This machine is mainly used for plasticizing and mixing plastics.
★Feature:
①The Transmission using hardened gear reducer, drives smoothly, low-noise, long life.
②AC motors, whose dustproof performance is good. With an inverter, it is low power consumption and can improve resource utilization.
③The Mixing Chamber intermediate is used in alloy steel, plating the surface of hard chromium. It ’s wear-resisting and beautiful.
④The Rotor adopts the alloy steel, the convex rib part adopts hard alloy welding. The surface of Rotor process with hard chromium, It ’s smooth and wear-resisting.
⑤It adopts hydraulic driving drop type discharge door. The locking device adopts inserting plate.
⑥The machine can be equipped with left of right driving system according to customer’s needs. Customer should determine the heating modes which is steam or hot oil when placing order.
