Characteristics
Rigid Machine Structure
The structural parts of the machine are manufactured from durable, tempered for stress relief. This assures lifetime accuracy.
The Y-axis on the bas is equipped with two linear ways with 850 mm. span between linear ways. It provides a solid support with superior stability and rigidity, making the machine excellent for precision parts and mold machining.
The counter-balance weight is equipped with a guide rail, which provides a from support when the spindle head is performing cutting or traveling up or down. The design solves poor machining problems due to spindle head vibration and assures high.
The extra heavy column is an isosceles triangle shape construction with a great span for increased to the massive and stable base to assure high accuracy machining.
The saddle and table are double box type construction to achieve minimum machining vibration and maximize machining accuracy.
The coolant circulation groove on the outside of the spindle, combined with a high efficiency oil cooler, effectively reduces heat growth on the spindle and ensures spindle running accuracy. The pressure difference in the spindle avoids dust entering.
The casting parts transmission units (motor base) and bearing housings are all one-piece construction to solve the problems of machining accuracy and deformation on cast iron parts.
24-Tool Arm-Type Magazine
This magazine can be equipped with management system for large and heavy tools as an option.
The machine is equipped with a Fanuc Oi-MD controller
The mechanical counter-balance weight for the spindle head is combined with brake device on Z-axis motor to prevent the head from slipping down. The absolute encoder eliminates home position return.
Spindle Oil Cooler (Standard Equipment)
The spindle oil cooler provides consistent temperature control in order to have ultimate machine stability.
